1. Libra ascendant and lord Venus is in the house of profession, and lord marriage + finance etc. is afflicting ascendant. There is no affliction on lord of ascendant.
2. Marriage house and its lord has no auspicious connection, cruel Sun is exchanging aspect with Mars lord of marriage. Only Venus is in Kendra.
3. Dashawise you are passing through Mahadasha of Mercury, lord of bedroom and foreign lands + expenses and fortune etc., anterdasha of Saturn, lord of family etc. Mahadasha lord is exchanging aspect with the lord of Marriage, so during this period chances of marriage are possible before March 2020. But issue of transit of planet wise – Jupiter is giving blessings till next three year, but transit of Saturn is not blessing, only point can be considered that anterdasha lord will be blessed with Saturn, so chances are possible.
