According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Aries ascendant and lord Mars is in the house of expenses with Sun and Mercury retrograde. Mars is involved in the planetary war with Mercury retrograde. It will be better to look after your health related issues if any. Irritation/unnecessary arguments has no value in life. Rather this generates (at times) distraction from work and from family.
2. Better changes for Job related issues may be after one year. But during this period you can try and grab some opportunity.
