According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Libra ascendant and lord is in the house of ambitions and gains/achievements. There is no auspicious connection on ascendant or its lord. This lord is in between profession and family etc.
2. Marriage house has no auspicious connection and marriage lord is afflicted by Saturn, represents house of family and may be soft-corner or something else, from the house of bedroom, expenses and foreign lands, this Saturn is afflicting Jupiter, which signifies marriage for females. Promise from the natal chart is disturbed. Marriage house lord is afflicting lord of relationship, soft-corner or liking etc. that may be the reason for this interruption in marriage.
3. Dasha wise marriage period is running for next 15 months. I have not studied Navmansha chart, which can give more information about promise for marriage.
