According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and lord Mars is exalted in the house of efforts, courage with Rahu and Moon. Ascendant has Jupiter, lord of finance and past karmas etc. afflicted by Saturn retrograde.
2. Lord of expenses/foreign lands/hospital etc. is in the house of gains and wealth etc. Indications are that expenses on show-off, or completion of some unnecessary issues etc.
