According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is in conjunction with Sun and Saturn. Affliction is high, but ascendant lord has connection with Venus from the house of marriage etc.
2. Marriage house lord is Jupiter retrograde and placed in its own sign and house of profession, giving full strength to the professional ambitions or related issues. Marriage house of has Venus alone, no affliction hence no issue with alone Venus. Delay of marriage may be due to own reasons (may be professional or may be better placement than the boys).
