According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is retrograde and placed in the house of fortune etc. with Jupiter, Jupiter is also blessing ascendant.
2. Currently you are passing through Mahadasha of Rahu and anterdasha of Saturn which is retrograde in your horoscope, both are capable of giving job (according to the placement in which they are placed) but distance of the planets are not comfortable. I feel chances may be better after 18-12-2015 and period will be for a long. Forget about your casual efforts etc. You are casual in efforts and approach.
