According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is in conjunction with Mars, Venus and Sun, blessed by Jupiter retrograde. Ascendant has no connections.
2. Venus which signifies marriage for male is total combust, hence delay in marriage or marriage related related issues may be facing trouble. Importantly Jupiter is lord of marriage house and is blessing own house of marriage, so marriage is there may be bit delayed (according to local traditions).
3. Venus Mahadasha lord is total combust so, could not give desired advantage as it should have given. So, Sun Mahadasha may be giving marriage, and better chances will be after 2018, even before this chances are there, but better chances are after Feb. 2018.
