According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and lord Mars is in the house of enemies, health issues and disturbance etc. but is giving strength to your ascendant too, that means immunity and inner strength may be better to compete with these issues. Jupiter is also giving good strength to your personality.
2. You have Jupiter in the house of spouse, so marriage is sure, but can be delayed. Currently you are passing through Mahadasha of Venus and anterdasha of Mars, this combination can give marriage, because Mars is lord of ascendant, but can give complications too.
