According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Leo ascendant and Lord Sun is indicating that you are born at the time of New Moon (Amavasya), with the lord of progeny – Jupiter, Mercury Rahu and Moon. Saturn is afflicting ascendant – may be health issues or issues related reproductive area.
2. Currently you are passing through Mahadasha of Mars and anterdasha of Venus exalted in the house of miseries, so period till February first week may support you for the purpose of progeny, but it will be better to avail medical support too.
