According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Virgo ascendant and lord Mercury is in the house of foreign lands/expenses etc. Ascendant is afflicted by Saturn.
2. Spouse house has Moon, and lord of spouse house is its exalted sign with Mahadasha lord (Period lord) Venus, Ketu (South node) and Sun. Anterdasha lord Rahu (sub period lord North node). This period can give marriage but transit of Saturn and Jupiter are not allowing at present, so may show some complications during period.
3. Better chance may develop after September 2016 and can show bit more delay in marriage.
