According to Vedic astrology my observations as follows:
1. Taurus ascendant and lord Venus retrograde is combust and defeated in planetary war with Jupiter, but in own sign, afflicted by Saturn retrograde from its debilitated sign.
2. Spouse house lord has exchanged its position with the lord of love relationship, indicates that if you will marry then with your own choice. But important is that Mercury is in the house of spouse but in the sign of Mars, not a good combination. Spouse house and its lord has no auspicious connection.
3. Venus which is signifying marriage naturally in the horoscope of Male natal is also total combust, and defeated in the planetary war with the Jupiter which is creating obstacles in the Taurus ascendant horoscope. This is indicating that promise for marriage from your birth chart is very weak. Final can be known from Navmansha chart position (which is very important for the marriage related issues).
4. Dasha wise period is running but promise wise is not strong or good. Mahadasha lord is debilitated and anterdasha lord is also debilitated, both are enemy. It is difficult to comment on the time of marriage unless Navmansha chart is tested.
