According to Vedic astrology and Horary method, my observations are as follows:
1. At the time you have raised this query, it is Libra ascendant rising – a movable sign, indicating that situation will change, may be slow but is ready to change. Query lord is transiting at the 0 degrees, and ready to transit direct within short time. Indicating movement may also start.
2.
