According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Sagittarius ascendant and lord Jupiter is retrograde, placed in the house of spouse, exchanging aspect with Saturn and Venus. Indications for delay in marriage. It will be better for you to avoid feelings of self-centered nature (if it is).
2. Jupiter and Saturn are indicating delay in marriage. Currently you are passing through Mahadasha of Jupiter and anterdasha of Saturn, both are capable of giving marriage, but transit of Saturn and Jupiter are not allowing at present, so possibly you may not be getting advantage of Dasha cycle during this period.
