According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and lord Mars is in the house of children etc. exchanging aspect with the lord of miseries and gains/desires etc. Indicating that desires are high, planning is also ok, but execution of planning is not good.
2. You were born just after the partial Lunar eclipse, so impact is seen accordingly. Currently you are passing through Mahadasha of Saturn and anterdasha of Rahu (involved in partial lunar eclipse at the time of birth). So, situation may be affected from 03-10-2013. Wrong decisions etc. are also affecting your results. Saturn is placed in the house of finances, afflicted by Venus lord of expenses.
