Query : I am working in Government organisaton since 1988.I am thinking of taking VRS (Voluntary retirement)in a year.Will I take VRS or should I take VRS.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Leo ascendant and lord Sun is in trine, forming rajyog. Jupiter retrograde is blessing your ascendant from the house of fortune.
2. You are passing through mahadasha of Jupiter and anterdasha of Rahu, Jupiter is lord of eighth house from profession and lord of eighth house from ascendant, so chances are very good for VRS during this period because anterdasha is for Rahu, placed in the house of profession. This period is forcing you for VRS, and if you want to avail VRS, your period is already started, and you may act after December 2014.
3. If you want your all dues will be cleared within the period of Jupiter Mahadasha (before 02-01-2016). This Jupiter Mahadasha will give gains of PF, VRS, Gratuity and insurance related finances. So, I feel you will take VRS within this Jupiter Mahadasha.
