According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is retrograde and combust, in the house of longevity and miseries. Indicating issues related lower abdomen or Gyne. may trouble you.
2. Progeny house has no auspicious aspect, and lord of progeny is afflicted by the conjunction of Saturn, house of progeny is afflicted by health related issues Mars in the house of increase of health related issues (but own house), so issues related to medical may trouble you, it will be better to go for medical checkup as and when required.
3. Dasha of progeny house is already applicable as well anterdasha of fortune house with miseries is applicable, so it will be better to go for test etc.
