According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Cancer ascendant and lord Moon is giving strength to its own house, and is auspicious, because of full Moon. Ascendant is occupied by aggressive Mars, Sun, Mercury and Venus. Aggression is the major factor for your mental disturbance, try to keep your aggression under check, you are intelligent and charming. I have not seen your Saptansha chart (specific chart for Progeny) and Navmansha chart, both are important to comment on Progeny which is not possible under free service.
