According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Cancer ascendant, and Moon is exchanging aspect with Mahadasha lord Mercury at 1/7 axis, which is good sign, that possibility of marriage is there.
2. Spouse house lord is in the house of gains and exchanging aspect with Jupiter retrograde, from the house of relationship or rishta etc., Mars is in the house of spouse in exalted position with Rahu, Jupiter is blessing Saturn (spouse house lord), possibility of some positive moves and then disruption etc. Still I will say, possibility of marriage is not denied, she is passing through Mahadasha of Mercury and Anterdasha of Rahu, this combination and next combination of Mercury / Jupiter can give marriage, she must do puja of Rahu and Lord Ganesh. Shiv-Parvati puja may also good.
