According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Virgo ascendant and lord Mercury is also representing house of profession, conjunct with Anterdasha lord Ketu in the house of efforts, throat and immunity, afflicted by Rahu-Ketu axis.
2. Lord of gains and achievements is Moon (also of your emotions and ambition) is conjunct with Rahu, in the house of fortune, indicating dhan yog, but not enjoying your success. I agree that your efforts are good, but are they focused and in right direction?
3. Your way of talking, Sun and Saturn are placed in the house of way of talking so you need to check.
4. You are passing through Mahadasha of Rahu, and Anterdasha of Ketu, that’s why you are facing more issues. Situations may improve after October 2014, provided you can change your way of speech/ talking.
