According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and afflicted by Saturn, lord of family and siblings, that may be one of reasons that she may feel at times disturbed or hurt her persona.
2. Spouse house lord Venus is placed in the house of sibling/neighbour and this may be cause of delay in marriage. No auspicious aspect on the lord of spouse and no auspicious aspect on the house of spouse, delay is because of no blessings, but importantly no malefic aspect or connection with the house or lord of spouse is in this horoscope. Secondly Dasha sequence with transit is also not supporting her marriage.
3. I feel either after November 2014 (to Sept. 2015) or may be further delayed.
