According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and lord Mars is in the house of miseries/mysteries etc. with Mercury lord of the house.
2. Spouse house and Moon are with Sun, forming Amavsya in the house of spouse, lord of spouse is placed in the house of disturbance and spouse house is afflicted by Saturn, no auspicious aspect on spouse house and spouse lord. So delay in marriage is confirmed.
