According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. At the time of question raised, it is dual sign, but moving close to the movable, indicating situation may not remain as it is on date.
2. Question lord Mercury is not making any combination with relationship, but spouse lord has indirect connectivity with question, so I feel, possibility of marriage is with the blessings of elders is possible, but not possible with your relationship (if any).
