According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Pisces ascendant and lord Jupiter is placed in the house of long travel with the lord of foreign lands and achievements and giving aspect to the house of self.
2. You are passing through Mahadasha of Rahu and Anterdasha of Mercury, placed in its own house, but afflicted by Saturn and Mars (conjunction), so you are not comfortable at your own place and willing to go foreign lands.
3. In nearby period if any chance will develop then may be during the period of 20-04-2014 to 17-01-2015. Otherwise I don not see any chance in nearby period.
