According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Capricorn ascendant and lord Saturn is placed in the house of disturbance, health related issues and enemies, ascendant is afflicted by Sun, but Jupiter retrograde lord of foreign land is placed in ascendant, in its debilitated sign, clearly indicates that your desire will be for foreign land, even this will affect your knowledge and may also affect Married life too.
2. You are passing through Mahadasha of Rahu, placed in the house of foreign lands and lord of foreign land is Jupiter is in your mind, but Anterdasha lord Moon is in the house of your own place, and giving strength to the house of profession, at least during the period of Moon, if you want to avail a job and then plan look for foreign opportunity will be better for you. Chances of job are there, but you have to avail with positive mind, then switch to proper job of your choice.
3. If you want to do a job, then after 10-01-2014, you may get opportunity of job, but I don’t think that you will avail this opportunity.
