According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Leo ascendant and lord Sun is placed in the house of finance and voice etc. along with Rahu and Mercury lord of finance and voice etc. Mercury is combust, indicating will not be in a position to give what it was expected to give means being lord of the house will give finances but not as much as it was expected.
