Uttam Roy,
According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Aquarius ascendant and lord Saturn is retrograde and placed in the house of father and fortune with Mars, lord of courage and Profession, forming a good Rajyog.
2. Currently you are passing through mahadasah of Venus, conjunct with the lord of seventh house, and combust (total) with Mercury, lord of education but blessed by Jupiter retrograde. Indicating for any competition it needs efforts, no laziness, and proper educational studies.
3. Dasha support is good for profession and gains, but at times extraordinary criticism, or minute observations are not good for profession or job or boss.
You need to give efforts and proper studies, no laziness only then chances may improve.
take care of your health whenever you feel disturbed due to health.
