According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Aquarius ascendant and lord Saturn is placed in the house of miseries, longevity with Jupiter, indicating advantage to longevity, but may give some physical ailments, and also can give inherited financial benefits.
2. Spouse house lord is conjunct with the lord of relationship but conjunct with Mars (lord of courage), but affliction from Saturn lord of ascendant and detachment, from the house of miseries and mysteries is giving some great disturbance and delay in marriage.
3. Under normal condition this Sun can give marriage being lord of spouse house, before 30-12-2013, but Saturn is involved hence some disturbance in this chance of marriage before 30-12-2013, if any sudden event will take place before 30-12-2013, even then I shall not be surprised.
4. Next chance may develop after May 2014. But you have to utilize this period. Still I believe some effort and courage will be part of your marriage, and some disturbance too. Since, no auspicious aspect is giving aspect on your spouse house or lord.
