Query : Can you tell me if I can have permanent foreign settlement ? I was thinking of taking my higher degree from abroad. I will be glad if you tell me about your opinion.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Cancer ascendant and lord Moon is in the house of education but with Rahu, exchanging aspect with Venus lord of achievements and gains, but some lack of focus or mood.
2. Moon is exchanging aspect with Venus lord of native place, indicating due to some or other reason looking forward to move out of native place, but I feel education is at native place will be better.
3. Lord of foreign land is Mercury and is total combust and placed in the house of profession, indicating relationship with profession of foreign lands, but disturbance at foreign land, so I do not think that you can have your permanent settlement at foreign land.
