According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Leo ascendant and is fixed sign, indicates situation is as its and may remain stable. Lord of the query is Sun, conjunct with Mercury and transiting through the Nakshtra of Mercury.
2. Relationship lord is Jupiter (retrograde), and spouse house lord is Jupiter, both are indicating that they want to go for marriage, but retrograde Jupiter (lord or relationship) is indicating some reconsideration.
3. Importantly, query is not forming any relationship with spouse lord or relationship.
