Query : Lot of struggle in life. Work as a Teacher in the UK but no stability.. Will I be able to start my own business of tuition centre?

According to Vedic astrology, my observations are as follows:
1. Sagittarius ascendant and lord Jupiter has moved in the house of gains and achievements, giving aspect on the house of education, conjunct with the lord of Profession – Mercury in almost total combust position, as well with Sun, lord of fortune house. Lord of ascendant is afflicted by Saturn lord of finance from the house of education. Hence you are affected for achievements.
2. Previous Mahadasha was of Moon, conjunct with Ketu but in fortune house, hence you were affected.
3. Now Mahadasha of Mars has started from 05-10-2013, so, I feel, period may be better, but lord of finance house will be directly afflicted.
