According to Vedic astrlogy my observations are as follows:
1. Libra ascendant and lord Venus is in the house of inner strength, courage etc. Ascendant is occupied by spouse house lord Mars and is in Paapkartari, indicating some disturbances related to spouse or marriage or delayed marriage.
2. No auspicious aspect or connection with spouse house or on spouse lord. Delay in marriage is confirmed.
3. You are passing through Mahadasha of Jupiter but retrograde natural significator of marriage for females, is placed in the house of disturbance, indicating issues related to lower abdomen, lever etc. are possible. Jupiter is giving aspect on Anterdasha lord Saturn, so can give marriage, but I feel that strong period may start after 14-09-2015.
