According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Libra ascendant and lord is in the house of home (native place) but this Venus is lord of house of miseries too, and giving aspect on the house of Profession. Indicating that uncertainty or any profession which has ups and downs will be your profession. Venus signify with writing work.
2. You were born at the time of solar eclipse (not in India but impact of planets will be seen through out life). Writing and publication will be your hobby, but I do not think you will get fame, even your profession lord Moon is in eclipse. So select your profession intelligently, so that your income must be stable, its fact that you may earn money from writing, but even going for coaching classes you can do writing work.
