According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Libra ascendant and lord Venus is placed in the house of education, Past karmas etc. with Jupiter lord of trik houses and Sun lord of house of achievements. This ascendant lord has strong connectivity with all upchay bhav (3,6,10, and 11), indicating strong horoscope, if willingness is there, then natal can achieve according to his/her wish.
