According to Vedic astrology, my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and lord Mars is in its own house with Moon and no affliction on ascendant and its lord. Except Mars is holding lord ship of sixth house also, lord of stomach region.
2. You said stomach issue is started from 2011, I am bit surprised why not you have mentioned regarding period of 17-01-2009 to 18-6-2010. Anyways, since 2011, Moon with anterdasha of Venus was playing, and Venus is conjunct with eighth house lord Mercury, indicating some issues related to the abdomen area and now Mars Mahadasha is indicating some issues related to stomach is possible.
3. Since, Mahadasha lord is in ascendant, so you can have recovery, go for regular treatment, Mars will give you strength to recover.
