According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Sagittarius ascendant and lord Jupiter is retrograde and placed in the house of spouse, afflicted by Saturn and Mars, and Venus is giving auspicious aspect. Ascendant is also afflicted by Saturn and Mars, but ascendant lord and happiness & family house lord Jupiter is blessing ascendant (giving strength to you).
2. Combination of Mars and Saturn are afflicting your house of spouse, and slow moving planet Jupiter is also placed in spouse house, possibility of delay in marriage can not be ruled out.
