According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. At the time of query raised by you, Libra ascendant and education house lord Saturn is placed in ascendant, but transiting through the Nakshatra of Rahu. Saturn is retrograde and conjunct with Rahu, which is transiting through the Nakshtra of Jupiter combust.
2. Ascendant lord Venus is conjunct with achievement house lord Sun. Indirect link with education, and Rahu is indicating that some distraction. Possibility of achievement is there, but may be some difficulties are there, because of indirect relation of education house lord, but ascendant has link (good) with achievement.
I think, possibility of clearing exam is there, but not so strong because of very indirect link of education house with ascendant lord.
