Question : Promotion is my job is long due and our company announces the list in a week or two. What are the chances of me getting promotion this time ?

Dear Sir,
Thanks for responding for my query. As you had replied based on Prasna, I have a clarification. Currently I am in Los Angeles , USA and the time of query is about 12:40pm , 18-Jun-2013 and the place is Los Angeles. Will that change the situation to better ?
In other words, while using Prasna, which one to be considered ? the place of query origination or the place of query response ?
