According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and Lord Mars and Sun are placed in ascendant. No auspicious aspect neither on ascendant nor on ascendant lord. Clear indication of aggression of Mars and Sun. Mars – ascendant lord is combust, indicates that at times you may be internally not be in a position to do according to your choice.
2. Two aggressive planets are giving aspect to the house of spouse, and lord of the spouse house is afflicted by retrograde Saturn, indicates delay in marriage. Spouse lord and spouse house has no auspicious aspect.
3. Currently you are passing through Mahadasha of Mercury, eighth house lord, indicates some issues or delay in marriage. Normally I do not advice person to marry during this period, but this balance dasha is for around 14 years, so I can not suggest that, for marriage, you have to do efforts. Or better to say avail running period till October 2013.
