Query : sir, i have fianancial difficulty, so shall i sell my home and shift to pune for son’s job now or in 2015 as daughter gets her education completed in 2015. regards.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. At the time of question raised, it is Cancer ascendant, and Moon is transiting with the lord of children Mars.
2. Ascendant lord Moon is transiting from the Nakshtra of Mercury, placed with the lord of property and gains Venus in chhidra house.
3. Indications are it is not the right time to sale property, either you may not get proper value or you may not utilize money in right purpose.
4. Or some other event may disturb your money.
Although combination is indirect but is complete, so if you want to sale, you can, but I will not suggest because chhidra house is involved.
