According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Cancer ascendant and lord Moon is placed in the house of Poorvkarma with Jupiter lord of house of disturbance, health etc. and lord of fortune/father etc. forming Gajkesari yog.
2. Spouse house is in Bandhan yog, and sun is placed in this house, indicating delay in marriage.
3. Currently your daughter is passing through Mahadasha of Venus is placed with the lord of progeny lord Mars in the house of miseries. Since, Mahadasha lord is placed in the house of miseries, is not allowing her marriage, where as Venus is naturally signifying marriage. But is deferred due to its placement.
3. Jupiter is blessing ascendant so, possibility of marriage is not denied, but I had not checked Navmansha chart, so at the stage I am not commenting on the date of marriage.
