 I am presently working as a softskills trainer in a reputed B School. My present job scenario is very dull & doesnt have any growth prospect & I am being pushed to work day and night for various other profiles as well. I feel highly exploited in my workplace that leaves me frustrated and depressed always. The money is very less and no matter how much I talk to the management they somehow skirt the topic and often I have to work under circumstances where I have to pay from the pocket for official trips. The reimbursement claims are also not cleared since last year. I feel so devastated at times & unable to move out either as no job prospects are coming my way.
