According to Vedic Astrology my observations are as follows (Subject to the accuracy of time of birth):
1. Pisces ascendant and lord Jupiter is retrograde, placed in the house of marriage, afflicted by Saturn lord of ambitions/expenses and others, afflicting your own personality, because of marriage related issues.
2. Marriage house is afflicted by Saturn retrograde and also afflicting house of family etc. Lord of marriage is afflicted by natural signifier of marriage for male, which is creating obstacles for this horoscope. Secondly, longevity of spouse is also badly afflicted, indicating that living with spouse is badly afflicted.
3. These are not in favor of marriage related issues. According to the period you are passing through Period of Saturn, which is in the house of marriage and sub period of Ketu, which is in the house of gains, currently, you can try for achievements in career, only one chance of marriage can be seen from January to March 2023. But promise from Horoscope is not decent.
I wish, God may shower blessings only then chances can be materialize. Otherwise disturbances even after marriage can be seen on large levels.

If you are born on or before 5:05 Hrs (IST), means variation of just 3 mins. then chart will be changing and predictions will be different. Please Confirm ascendant of your birth chart (Lagna of your kundali), if possible. Otherwise needs to test the horoscope with various events.

According to Vedic Astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Pisces ascendant, as intimated by you. Mercury lord of marriage is placed in the ascendant (in debilitated sign – neech rashi), Protecting own house, but affliction on ascendant and lord marriage by Mars is clear.
2. You are passing through Mahadasha of Moon, which is placed with Mars, lord of statements, comments, and others. Professionally fine, but afflicting lord of marriage and self, family etc. Rahu and Sun are placed in the house of language, statements, conversations, hurting marital life.
3. If you want to protect your marriage, then check your way of communication, because Mercury will try to hold the marriage, despite of odds. No other auspicious connection is protecting marriage and importantly, no other malefic impacts are disturbing your marriage.
4. This marriage is protected, but you must check your way of conversations, etc. Otherwise disturbance be conclusive, but possibly marriage may remain protected.
