Regarding astrology analysis in detail, paid service is also available. One may opt for paid service for detailed analysis and multiple questions.
Any query related to Mahadasha is not possible on free service, because it needs study in detail. For Mahadasha – paid service is available.
Marriage compatibility, details of spouse etc. needs study in detail, hence not possible. Query related competition is not encouraged on this free service platform.

According to Vedic Astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Taurus ascendant and lord Venus is in the house of longevity, indicating improvement in longevity, from the basic levels, but this lord is close to total combustion.
2. You are passing through Mahadsaha of Rahu, which is in the house of expenses, health and bedroom related issues, this may disturb your sleep, health issues (possibly) or unnecessary expenses or losses etc. or interest burden (now a days to consider). Anterdasha is Mercury, which is not placed nicely, but may give financial gains during this period, may be unexpected or because of your past karmas/investments or anything. It will be better to invest in your Insurance schemes, and also consider for better returns (plans accordingly).
3. Regarding change of job, you can try, but do not leave the job unless, you get something concrete in your hands, if you go for a change then can look for a jump. But DO NOT LEAVE JOB WITHOUT HAVING ANY CONFIRMED LETTER/DOCUMENT. Chances of change is possible.

Your time of birth is on border line, if you are born at 12:19:52 Hrs (IST), in that case rising ascendant will be Cancer and if birth time is 12:19:53 Hrs (IST) on wards, such as 12:20 Hrs (IST) then ascendant rising will be Leo. That means just variation of 8 secs.

According to Vedic Astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Newly born ascendant Leo, lord Sun is in the house of Profession, with Mars. Both are exchanging aspect with the lord of spouse/marriage, ascedant is also afflicted by Saturn. Lord of marriage is also afflicted by family and fortune lord Mars and ascendant lord Sun. Importantly, ascendant lord is blessed with Jupiter, which is decent for you and profession.
2. Lord of marriage and spouse is retrograde+falling. Family house and lord is also disturbed. No, auspicious connection with house of marriage and lord of marriage. Jupiter which signifies marriage for female is also afflicted. House of love and relationship is also disturbed by family etc.
3. Dasha wise time at present is not clearly indicated, but if you can toned down your expectations, in that condition, chances of marriage may develop within this same Mars Mahadasha after January 2023. But weakness in Promise side is strong.

2. You are passing through Mahadasha of Ketu and anterdsha of Sun (in last phase) because pratyanter dasha of ascendant lord Venus has started from yesterday (from your birthday).
3. If you want then you can try for a change in job, but before moving in new job, better to cross check, if it will suit you or not. Otherwise chances may develop in coming month or better to say from coming month (middle).
