Any query related to Mahadasha is not possible on free service, because it needs study in detail. For Mahadasha – paid service is available.
Marriage compatibility, details of spouse etc. needs study in detail, hence not possible. Query related competition is not encouraged on this free service platform.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is retrograde involved in planetary war with debilitated Saturn. This Saturn is afflicting ascendant too and Venus, which is placed in ascendant.
2. Mahadasha lord is in the house of ambitions and achievements. But is defeated in planetary war with Mercury, lord of ascendant, means your own aptitude and approach is affecting this Mahadasha lord and not allowing to get the best results.
3. If any non-taxable income is involved then, it will be better to be careful in long term. This may cause issues.
4. Saturn is capable of giving sudden gains anterdasha lord is ready to give gains, new responsibility, but your aptitude and attitude is not allowing Mahadasha lord to give the best. Hence, chances are delayed.
It will be better to check your approach and unnecessary pressure. Chances will improve. Dasha / anterdasha period is till February 2020.

I can understand your concern, but such queries are not possible on free service platform. Because each planet signifies 65-70 segment, similarly sign and houses signifies 65-70 each. One has to see all permutations and combination.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Virgo ascendant and lord Mercury is with Jupiter in the house of efforts etc. Indicating at times your approach is very much casual. Ascendant lord is afflicted by Saturn retrograde.
2. You are passing through Mahadasha of Mercury, which represent house of profession and ascendant.
