According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Capricorn ascendant and lord Saturn is in the house of education, past karmas, with Moon and Venus, afflicted by Mars retrograde lord of ambitions (pressure of achievements) and from family/mother etc. Ascendant is afflicted by Sun which is very weak. No auspicious connection.
2. If you want to enjoy success then come out of pressure of success, only then it will be better for you for achieving your goals. Dasha wise, its a period for education. Regarding competitive examination, you can not have casual approach, execution of planning should be well directed and dedicated. I don’t see this horoscope is suitable for administrative officer because Sun is weak, afflicted by your own approach.
