According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is retrograde with Sun, Mars and Venus. Mars is afflicting ascendant lord and house of marriage. Saturn is also afflicting house of family and lord of ascendant.
2. Family life is disturbed and house of marriage is also disturbed, lord of marriage is in the house of expenses/foreign lands/hospital etc. Indications are that marriage promise is not denied, but complications are there. So, I will not say that denial of marriage is there, possibly due to dasha cycle you are delayed in marriage. But Ashram yog is possible or interest towards Hermitage is possible.
