According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant (whole sign basis) and Lord Mars is in ascendant with Ketu (South Node), no auspicious connection with ascendant and its lord. Mars is afflicting spouse house too, indicating that your attitude will be influencing your marriage and spouse.
2. Currently you are passing through a period of Saturn retrograde and sub period of Ketu, giving aspect on spouse house, but distance between Saturn and Ketu is not so good. Ketu is capable of giving marriage, but I am doubtful for this period.
I feel chance of marriage may develop after 23-12-2016 or we can say better period will be after third weak of December 2016.
