According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Cancer ascendant and lord Moon is in its own house, both are afflicted by the lord of marriage. Indications are that marriage related issues may disturb you.
2. Marriage house has influence of Moon, indicates that due to own reasons marriage is influenced. Marriage house and its lord has no auspicious blessings.
3. Dasha wise you are passing through Mahadasha of Venus and anterdasha of Venus. I feel chances of marriage may be better after February 2018. Promise is not so strong. Blessings from Lord Shiva will be very important.
