According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Libra ascendant and lord Libra is in the house of family, native place but this Venus is also representing house of own place. Rahu and Moon are in ascendant, clear indications for confused state of mind.
2. You are passing through Mahadasha of Jupiter and anterdasha of Jupiter with Rahu, but period for further studies will be better after January 2017.
This period can give travel for studies. Even though you are emotional with your place and family but due to some or other reasons, looking to go out of your place, so chances are their that you may move out of your place. But settlement out of India, I have some reservations.
