According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Aquarius ascendant and lord Saturn, which is Mahadasha lord too is placed in the house of foreign lands, expenses etc. Ascendant has aspect from Jupiter and affliction by Mars lord of profession.
2. You are passing through Mahadasha of Saturn and anterdasha of Rahu. Dasha wise time is not supporting as of now. Whereas Saturn being lord of ascendant and Rahu, both can give marriage. Transit of planet wise chances may be bit delayed. I do not if your time of birth or date is correct. According to this you have missed one chance of marriage before 11-08-2016. Next chance may develop in 2017 or 2018.
It will be better to do Pooja for Rahu on any Sunday, so that lord may bless you for the marriage purpose. Rahu can do anything in its period.
